Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room on the 5th floor surprised me with an awesome view of the pool area and the beautiful hills. However, it wasn't ready when I arrived, which was a bit frustrating. The service at the Hibachi restaurant didn't meet my expectations, as the staff seemed to carry an attitude. On a brighter note, the dining options during breakfast were fantastic. All in all, it was a luxurious experience but with some hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amazing technology, including an impressive TV and American cable. On the other hand, there were issues with some moldy cabinets that I believe need to be addressed before anyone should consider staying here. The location was convenient, letting us access two hotels for the price of one, but getting to local attractions involved some travel through Montego Bay itself. Overall, there are definite pros, but the room conditions need serious attention.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with a stunning view of the pool area and rolling hills of Montego Bay. The room was spacious and clean but needed a few repairs. The service was friendly, although sometimes it felt like they were more focused on selling packages than actually listening to my needs. Overall, it offered good value for money with its access to multiple amenities and services.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, which really impressed me. The service was nice, but I felt a bit pressured regarding upsells. The location had its ups and downs—while it was convenient to have access to two hotels, it required a bit of travel through Montego Bay for local attractions. Overall, it offered good value for money, but I didn't enjoy having to venture far for more entertainment options.
The hotel was a mixed bag for me. I really loved the modern and spacious rooms with their comfy beds, but I did notice some mold, which was disappointing. The service was excellent, especially the butler who was super attentive. On the downside, the dining experience lacked variety, and I found the location a bit inconvenient as I had to navigate through Montego Bay for some activities. Overall, I got great value for my money, though it wasn’t perfect.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service left a bit to be desired with some staff attitude. The location was fantastic, giving us access to multiple sister properties, which felt like getting two hotels for the price of one. On the downside, the dining experience was somewhat underwhelming, especially for breakfast. Overall, it felt like a good deal, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
My stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the stunning view of the pool area and the rolling hills of Montego Bay from my fifth-floor room. The space was clean and comfortable. However, I did find the dining to be lacking in variety, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it felt like I got a lot of value for what I paid, but some areas could definitely use improvement.
I stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The views from my room were stunning, overlooking the pool and the beautiful rolling hills of Montego Bay. The rooms had a modern touch and were equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making my stay quite comfortable. However, the hotel service could use some improvement as the staff wasn't consistently welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience at a fair price for what I got.
I had a one-night stay at the hotel, and I found the room to be quite comfy, although I noticed some issues that shouldn't be overlooked, especially with some moldy cabinets that need to be fixed. The service was exceptional, with a staff that genuinely cared, but I felt there was a little room for improvement in their training. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would love to return with my wife once everything is sorted out.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite modern and high-tech, which I really appreciated even though not everything was completely ready when I checked in. The service was excellent, especially the butler service, and there were some nice amenities to enjoy. However, getting to some tourist hotspots meant traveling through Montego Bay, which could be a bit cumbersome.
